In April 2018, Tong Hi-tech undertook Geely Automobile’s new plant in Chengdu base, and was responsible for the “turnkey project” of the laser welding station for the top cover of the BX11 model. This is the same as Hi-Tech's fifth vehicle manufacturing base using roof laser welding technology after Geely Road and Bridge Base, Zhangjiakou Base, Hangzhou Bay Base and Yuyao Base. This process has absolute advantages over traditional laser brazing:
該項(xiàng)目坐落于吉利成都基地,車頂激光熔焊站位于白車身主線上,激光焊接房與激光源房設(shè)計(jì)為一體式兩層結(jié)構(gòu),總占地面積為6x8x8米,一層為輸送滾床、1臺在線切割機(jī)器人及2臺激光熔焊機(jī)器人,激光源房及除塵系統(tǒng)均擺放在二層鋼平臺上。
? 工位規(guī)劃50JPH,節(jié)拍CT=61.5s,預(yù)留60JPH產(chǎn)能;
? 熔焊采用單壓輪激光熔焊,替代車頂夾具功能;
? 高精度光學(xué)焊縫跟蹤系統(tǒng),可確保焊接質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性;
? 2D視覺車頂安裝位置測量系統(tǒng),測量節(jié)拍為10s;
? 熔焊焊接速度≥100mm/s,配合使用4kw激光器;
? 在線切割采用3D高精度圖形切割頭,切割范圍為50*50mm;
? 單側(cè)熔焊機(jī)器人可焊接左右車頂,作為焊接系統(tǒng)的降速互備方案;
? 激光熔焊系統(tǒng)采用世界先進(jìn)主流工藝設(shè)備配置,可實(shí)現(xiàn)高品質(zhì)焊接質(zhì)量要求;
? 工位采用同高科技自主研發(fā)的雙層鋁合金的防護(hù)系統(tǒng),并通過德國TUV安全檢測及認(rèn)證;
2D布局圖
項(xiàng)目采用沃爾沃激光焊接工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn),選用PERMANOVA單壓輪熔焊頭,配合高精度光學(xué)伺服焊縫跟蹤系統(tǒng),并在焊接前根據(jù)2D車頂位置測量系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)校正焊接軌跡,焊接焦點(diǎn)尺寸為0.6mm,焊接速度≥100mm/s。
焊接后的車頂焊接質(zhì)量可以通過目視檢查,或選配安裝在線自動(dòng)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)PLASMO。
